Parents ... Picture Day is Coming, 

Tuesday, July 16th (7- 8am)

8U & 10U/plus those who need to leave early-- 7am

6U/14U/16U -- 7:30 am

Approx. 7:45 am -- Team Picture taken 

Age group photos and all other individuals will have their pictures taken after the team picture. 

Attached, please find an order form/price list for you to view/complete before picture day. Only name, phone number and order is needed on the order form. 

Please note:

-- Additional order forms will be available on picture day. Each individual must have their order form completed before pictures can be taken; 

-- All orders will be returned to the team rep for distribution a few weeks after picture day.

-- EXACT payment is due on picture day (charge taken on site or cash)

-- Age group pictures will be taken directly after the team picture. If you are interested in ordering one, the 5x7 size is $10 -- 8x10 size is $15. Just indicate the age group and size on the order form. There is no item number.
