📍Meet This Thursday at Broad Bay Country Club

Our next swim meet is this Thursday, July 17 at Broad Bay!

• Please make sure you’ve declared your swimmer as attending or not by tomorrow (Monday) at 9:00 AM.
• Job sign-ups are now open!
• Warmups start at 4:30 PM | Meet begins at 5:00 PM
• We will be adjusting the order of events to help get our younger swimmers finished earlier. More details coming in a separate email soon!

📸 Team Picture Day – Thursday Morning

We will be doing team and individual photos on Thursday instead of practice. Be sure to bring your biggest smiles!

🚫 No Practice Friday Morning – July 18

There will be no practice Friday morning due to the meet the night before. Enjoy the morning off!

🎤 Friday Fun Night – July 18

Join us Friday evening for a triple event:

• Talent Show
• Ice Cream Social
• Dive-In Movie (12 & under): A Minecraft Movie

Bring your favorite pool float and enjoy a movie by the pool!

🥞 Last Practice & Pancake Breakfast – Monday, July 21
Our last regular season practice will be Monday, July 21, and we’re ending it on a sweet note with our Pancake Breakfast!

• We’ll need volunteers to help cook and serve—sign up to earn volunteer points!

🖤💛 Black & Yellow Fun Meet – July 24

Our traditional intersquad Black & Yellow meet is coming up! More info to come soon, but mark your calendars for a fun, team-spirited night.

🏆 End of Season Banquet – August 3

Join us to celebrate a great season at our Awards Banquet & Dinner on August 3!

• Dinner will be catered by Mobile Pig Nic again!

Please RSVP if you’d like to reserve a meal ticket. You do not need to RSVP if you are attending but not purchasing a dinner ticket.
