Dear Piranha Families,

We are excited to share that Ryan Maniace has graciously offered to conduct a Stroke & Turn Officials training class for our team on Saturday, June 6 at 2:00 PM in the clubhouse.

Stroke & Turn Officials play an important role at our swim meets, helping ensure fair competition and supporting the success of our swimmers and team. We are always looking for volunteers to fill this role throughout the season.

If you are interested in serving as a Stroke & Turn Official this summer, you will need to attend one of the following training options:

• Saturday, June 6 at 2:00 PM – GBSRC Clubhouse
• Thursday, June 11 at 6:00 PM – Chesapeake Golf Club
• Online training option – Please reach out to me directly for information on completing the online course.

Please note: If you are already an ACTIVE USA Swimming Official, you do not need to attend a training course.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already expressed interest in helping support the team in this capacity this season. We truly appreciate your willingness to volunteer and help make our meets run smoothly for all of our swimmers.
