🏊 Practice ScheduleDue to the July 4th holiday, we will have practice Monday through Thursday only this week.

🎉 Thursday = Friday Fun Day!Since there is no practice on Friday, we’re moving Friday Fun Day to Thursday!

❤️🤍💙 This week’s theme is Red, White & Blue! 🇺🇸Wear your patriotic colors and get ready for some festive fun after practice!

🏅 Away Meet – Saturday, July 11Our next meet is an away meet at Chesapeake Golf Club.

✅ Please make sure your swimmer is declared as attending or not attending in SwimTopia as soon as possible.

🙋 Volunteer job sign-ups will open Sunday prior to the meet, so be sure to grab a spot. We couldn’t do it without our amazing volunteers!
