It's almost Meet Day! We can't wait to see everyone on Saturday as we take on the Chesapeake Serpents! Please review the information below so you're ready for a fun and successful meet.

🕖 Meet Timeline

• 7:00 AM – Serpents Warm-Ups
• 7:30 AM – Piranhas Warm-Ups (Please arrive early so swimmers are ready to enter the water on time!)
• 7:40 AM – Officials Meeting
• 7:50 AM – Clerk of Course Opens
• 8:00 AM – Meet Begins

🚗 Parking

Please park only along Club House Drive.

⚠️ The main clubhouse parking lot will be closed for swim meet parking and monitored by club staff.

🙋 Volunteers Needed!

We still have volunteer positions available and need your help to make the meet run smoothly!

We are also looking for 2 timers from the first half who are willing to move to the second half. Since Chesapeake has a 5-lane pool, we need two fewer timers each half and could really use a couple of flexible volunteers.

⚠️ Reminder: We only have a few volunteer opportunities remaining this season for families to meet their mandatory 3 volunteer point requirement. If you still need points, now is the time to sign up! We appreciate everyone pitching in to help make our meets successful.

⛺ Team Setup

Our team area will be located along the golf course fence near the shallow end of the pool. The aerial map below shows where Great Bridge families should set up.

Please remember:

• ⛺ Tents should be 10' x 10' or smaller
• 🤝 Deck space is VERY limited—please share tent space whenever possible.
• 🚫 Keep all green taped emergency egress walkways completely clear. No tents, chairs, coolers, or bags may be placed in these areas.

Don't forget:

You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or enjoy the great food available throughout the meet!

🎉 Halftime Parent/Coach Relay

Weather permitting, Chesapeake would love to host a Coach/Parent Relay during halftime!

If you'd like to represent the Piranhas, let one of the Team Reps know on deck. We can enter up to two relay teams—it should be a lot of fun!
